Alfa Romeo has introduced 2017 Giulia at 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show last September but that’s Quadrifoglio Verde type which means the high-performance version. But is there any possibility for Alfa to launch the regular version? Well, reports said that the Italian carmaker has a plan for that.
And the truth is out there. A YouTuber named Marco Dugoni has spotted the regular version of Giulia on the public roads, recently. According to him, the sedan that was caught using a diesel engine. According to Carscoops, the 3-Series and C-Class fighter will get 4-cylinder petrol engine 2.0 liter. Moreover, Alfa Romeo plans to offer 4-cylinder and 6-cylinder diesel engines for European market. Meanwhile for the gearboxes, Alfa Romeo likely to offer manual 6-speed or dual-clutch transmission.
From the photo above, we can see that regular Giulia to get more sedate bumpers, smaller alloy wheels, and door handles with black color. The regular version of 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia is reported to make its debut at 2016 Geneva Motor Show next March and it will go on sale in the fall 2016.
